2. Data we collect and why

On joinourvow.com, we only collect the data you voluntarily provide: your email address (to inform you about the app launch and share our updates) and your first name, if provided (to personalize our communications). Legal basis: your consent (Art. 6.1.a GDPR). We do not request sensitive data and make no automated decisions.

3. Data retention

Your data is kept until the app launches, then for a maximum of 3 years after your last contact with us, or until you withdraw your consent (unsubscribe), whichever comes first.

4. Access and processors

We never sell your data. It is processed by our technical service providers solely for the purposes above: Brevo (email communications), Postmark (transactional emails), and Vercel Inc. (website hosting).

5. Transfers outside the EU

Some of our providers are located in the United States (notably Vercel Inc., Postmark). Such transfers are protected by appropriate safeguards, such as the European Commission’s Standard Contractual Clauses, in accordance with the GDPR.

6. Your rights

Under the GDPR, you have the right to access, rectify, erase, restrict, object to, and port your data, as well as the right to withdraw your consent at any time. For California residents (CCPA): You have the right to know what personal information we collect, to request its deletion, and to opt out of its sale. We do not sell personal information.
